OUR STORY

Our Reason Why...

In 2023, our family lost a close family member to gun violence, an event that shattered our world and left us grappling with grief, loss, and a sense of helplessness. The experience of losing someone we loved so suddenly and violently was overwhelming, and in the aftermath, we realized how little support there is for families who find themselves in the same heartbreaking situation. The emotional pain was intense, but what became even more difficult to navigate was the financial burden that came with losing a primary income earner. No family should have to endure this combination of heartbreak and financial instability, and it was in that moment that we knew we had to do something to help others facing the same challenges.

With this vision in mind, The 350 Foundation was founded to offer immediate financial assistance, grief counseling, and long-term support to families impacted by gun violence. Our personal experience with loss has shaped the way we approach this work. We understand firsthand the urgency of both financial and emotional support in the wake of such a tragedy, and we are deeply committed to helping survivors rebuild their lives.

Through The 350 Foundation, our vision is to create a future where families devastated by gun violence have access to the resources and support they need to heal, recover, and regain their strength. Our long-term goal is to expand our reach, build lasting partnerships, and create a community of support that fosters resilience, healing, and hope. We are driven by the belief that through empathy, financial assistance, and emotional support, we can break the cycle of violence and provide survivors with the tools they need to move forward with dignity and strength. This is our mission, and it’s one that we carry every day as we work to make The 350 Foundation a beacon of hope for those in need.
